Accident Drawings

January 2022 I broke my right arm. Serious, traumatic injury which put a stop to my manic work ethic. One month later, symptoms of creative withdrawal forced me to devise a process of left handed drawing. This resulted in raw, and  immediate emotional responses to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and in particular the plight of the people in Kiev.

Having studied and seen the work of of Art Brut I understood the unfettered delivery of those artists I have admired for years.
